Dale Young
Coach Dale is a leader who is committed to helping young players with big goals define and refine their game using highly effective training techniques and a commitment to perfection on and off the court. Coach Dale's attention to detail and unique way of breaking down the game was the catalyst for his initial organization, Practice Perfect, and remains the backbone of T3 today. He is truly gifted as a teacher and mentor with 12 years of experience developing professional and intermediate level athletes.
Will Swiggum
Coach Will is a dedicated mentor who leverages his extensive basketball journey, from collegiate standout to professional player, to guide aspiring athletes. His unique perspective, gained through playing professionally in the ABA and coaching at the collegiate and AAU levels, provides the foundation for his training philosophy. Coach Will is a proven leader with a gift for developing others, possessing a deep understanding of the game that empowers players to reach their full potential.
Abe Albee
T3's programming and partnerships are coordinated by Program Director Abe Albee. Abe works directly with schools, clubs, and organizations to design development experiences that fit their goals, schedules, and players. His role is to ensure every partnership is organized, customized to the program, and easy to implement. From the initial conversation to program execution, Abe ensures the process is smooth for coaches and administrators.
